Building Communities in Unique Spaces
Tyrcathlen Partners was established in 2010 with the objective of acquiring, restoring and re-purposing heritage properties in Guelph. Since that time two flagship properties, The Granary Building and Boarding House Arts have become unique Guelph landmarks.
Tyrcathlen also restored Clontarf a multi-unit residential Queen Anne Victorian mansion in the heart of downtown Guelph.
On March 8, 2015 Tyrcathlen Partners announced the impending acquisition of Guelph's landmark A. B. Petrie Building. The transaction is expected to close at the end of March, details are located here.
